Despite of living in a wheelchair Sam takes his dog to the outlook at least twice a week. Sam got injured seventeen years ago when he jumped off Cave Rock in Sumner into shallow water under the influence of alcohol. His strong personality allows him not only to survive his neck injury and even enjoy the sunshine and a good book, but also to live to his creative side. Sam finished writing six stories for children and he is looking at getting them illustrated and published soon.
