J.B. looks like he has all the time in the world while having his smoke on a bench in front of the museum. The streets are swarming with locals, tourists and buses on the unusually hot spring day. J.B. is just waiting for her parents who are still browsing the Museum. They are here to visit their son who moved to Christchurch from Gisborne a year ago. “I came for the rebuild and work mostly at the roadworks. It’s sometimes a bit dangerous to work in the traffic but it’s ok. I don’t have family here but I have a girlfriend now so I am not lonely here anymore.”
