Lynnie and Peter are weeding in front of the house they have lived in for forty years. They are getting ready for the EQC works next week on the driveway and front yard. Peter is a retired foreman still seeing the docks every day from his windows. Lynnie keeps active cleaning people’s houses. “I actually clean for Richie McCaw, the All Blacks Captain, but I have cleaned for four or five of them.” – she says with a mischievous smile on her lips. “They couldn’t have won without a clean house now, could they?”
